Loan Processor

We are a real estate developer dedicated to creating vibrant communities and building a team of inspired individuals. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Loan Processor to support our buyers throughout the housing loan process and ensure smooth, compliant transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assess loan applications, analyze applicants' financial situations, and determine their eligibility for a loan
- Guide potential borrowers through the application process, explaining loan options, terms, and requirements
- Collect, verify, and prepare necessary documents for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to Pag-IBIG policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Track and ensure smooth and efficient processing of loan applications
- Assist clients with any issues or questions throughout the loan process
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Pag-IBIG housing loan processing and real estate sales preferred
- Knowledge in Pag-IBIG housing loan programs and bank loan applications
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays onsite
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience in client management preferred
- Communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant documentation tools
